The Kienbaum Executive Search consultancy has gone online with a new jobportal. The renowned company offers job seekers a highly interesting internet application platform giving access to all job adverts published by Kienbaum. Applicants are given the opportunity of applying directly for a certain job and can also leave their profile to be matched with future vacancies.
The new portal is user-friendly and enables applicants to upload all their application documents. Any application data may be updated at any time.
“The new portal also provides the opportunity of presenting unsolicited applications”, says Mr. Sörge Drosten, who is Kienbaum associate and member of the executive board. “By keeping their application data updated, job seekers are provided on a medium-term basis with the opportunity of getting into contact with Kienbaum consultants as well as being shortlisted in the case of a vacancy matching their profile. Many foreign Kienbaum offices are also linked to the new data base which will be to the particular benefit of candidates with an international background.” The portal is available both in German and English language.
